We are Amanda and Georgia, the wives and creative duo behind @thebarronlens. We live in Nanaimo, BC and we're so glad you’re here.
What began as a shared hobby has slowly grown into a fun side-gig that we truly love. Our style is relaxed, a little nostalgic, and all about authenticity. Amanda is the primary photographer, offering a variety of packages that capture all of the beautiful details in life's most special moments. Georgia is the calm & creative side of @thebarronlens—she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll find her everywhere from our DMs to snapping candids as a second shooter.
Outside of photography, we love slow mornings with our goldens, sunny afternoons working in the garden, and cozy evenings at home listening to records. We are big fans of good light, good people, and meaningful stories—especially yours.
